Nordis and her team have amazing expertise: they were spot-on about how to market our estate property, when we could expect offers and what the sale price would be. So right! They communicated with us frequently and responded to questions within hours. We had some difficulties with the condo management for the property, but Nordis and her team found solutions and stayed with it. They really went beyond expectations in being helpful and resourceful. We are very thankful to have had their services. Five stars because Google doesn’t allow six stars!
