Our Why

Florida Probate Partners was born out of a mission to fill the gap that was identified between estate professionals, their clients, and the real estate professional involved in selling the real property involved in the most legally complex cases. We are committed to bringing professionalism, compassion, and transparency to a process that is often filled with hurdles. At the heart of what we do, there is a desire and commitment to making life easier for the attorneys, professional guardians, and personal representatives. Hence our motto:

As the Founder and Team Lead at Florida Probate Partners, Nordis is actively working alongside professionals and clients through the purchasing and sale of probate real estate. Since obtaining her real estate license in Miami, FL, Nordis has ensured that she is a lifetime student of the field. This is evidenced by her vast specialized designations and certifications where she spends countless hours earning the credentials that she then puts to work for her clients. This is where being a Certified Probate Real Estate Expert comes in. In addition to the hands-on experience Nordis has working with probate cases, she invests time in deepening that expertise by masterminding with other probate professionals inclusive of attorneys and professional guardians. Nordis is a graduate from Florida International University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and International Business. Personally, Nordis loves to travel whether literally or through a good read, and to explore different cuisines. She shares this love with her husband, her two bonus daughters, and her fur-baby, Lola.

With over five years of experience, he has excelled in some of the most prestigious environments, including the Riviera Maya, Mexico, and Dubai, where he contributed significantly to the success of renowned brands like One&Only Resorts and Bulgari Resorts.

Transitioning to real estate, Leodan Leonel applies the same dedication to excellence, leveraging unparalleled customer service skills to not only meet but exceed client expectations. Specializing in anticipating needs and masterfully negotiating, he ensures that all client’s real estate aspirations are realized with utmost satisfaction. Daniela has gathered her operations and past mortgage experience to be the backbone of the team by providing support and ensuring transaction flow. Daniela has always been an honors student and is currently a part-time university student, where she is obtaining her degree in Psychology, and in addition, she is a licensed sales associate as well. Daniela enjoys spending time with her family, going outdoors, and painting in her free time.

Nordis Forcade-Martin

Meet Nordis Forcade-Martin. Born and raised in New York City, Nordis started her first job at the young age of 14 and has not stopped working since. Nordis dedicated 13 years to her banking career where she started as a full time teller and was quickly promoted through the ranks until becoming a Vice President, Branch Manager for Citibank, N.A. With the relationship building and leadership skillset under her belt, it was a natural transition for Nordis to bring her banking experience into the Real Estate world.
